1. a  youth governing body of community artists and organizers representing a specific high school and community within Hawaii.
2. part of a movement, called the Junior Board Initiative, that inspires youth leaders to mobilize and govern action toward improving the quality of life within their own communities.
3. a youth mentorship model created by graffiti artist, youth educator and 808 Urban founder, John “Prime”, as a means of addressing local issues with innovative tools for systemic, social transformation.
